Please read these Terms carefully. By using FrostFork, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service and agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Infinitum Imagery LLC (“Infinitum Imagery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing FrostFork’s mobile apps, web app, website, content, and support services. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use FrostFork for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
2. Food guidance is educational
FrostFork provides general freezing, storage-quality, thawing, and organization information. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional food-safety advice and is not a guarantee that food is safe. Actual safety and quality depend on temperature, time, handling, contamination, packaging, power interruptions, and other conditions FrostFork cannot observe.
Use your judgment, follow current guidance from appropriate government food-safety authorities, and discard food if you are uncertain about its safety. People who are pregnant, immunocompromised, elderly, very young, or otherwise at higher risk should seek qualified guidance.
3. Local data, optional services, and subscriptions
The current core freezer tracker stores records locally by default and does not require an account. You are responsible for your device, backups, and maintaining access to your data. Local information may be lost if you delete the app, clear application or browser storage, lose the device, or encounter device failure.
We may later offer optional account-based cloud sync, backup, ad removal, or other subscription features. Any price, renewal period, trial, cancellation method, and applicable store terms will be shown before purchase. A subscription will not begin without your affirmative action through the applicable store or checkout. App Store and Google Play purchases are also governed by their store terms.
4. Advertising
Free versions may display third-party advertising. Advertising does not constitute our endorsement of an advertiser or claim. Your privacy and tracking choices are described in the Privacy Policy and, for the website, the Cookie Notice.
5. License and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FrostFork for lawful personal or internal purposes. FrostFork, its design, code, branding, guides, and other content are owned by Infinitum Imagery LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse FrostFork, interfere with its operation or security, access it through unauthorized automated means, reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits, distribute malware, violate another person’s rights, evade access or advertising controls, or use the service unlawfully. You may not copy or resell FrostFork’s proprietary content as a competing database or service.
7. Changes, availability, and termination
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of FrostFork, and may release updates needed for security or compatibility. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others, or for violations of these Terms. You may stop using FrostFork at any time.
8. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FROSTFORK IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. We do not warrant that guidance is complete, current for every jurisdiction, error-free, or suitable for your circumstances.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINITUM IMAGERY LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, FOOD LOSS, ILLNESS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM FROSTFORK. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO FROSTFORK WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR FROSTFORK DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only to the extent allowed.
10. Governing terms
These Terms and any additional purchase terms constitute the entire agreement about FrostFork and supersede prior discussions about the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Applicable governing law and venue will be determined by the laws that apply to Infinitum Imagery LLC and any mandatory consumer protections in your location.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using FrostFork.
